The Northeast tower
The most northern tower (the northeast tower) will be developed first and will be the project’s premium tower. This 47-floor condo will offer 150 units with 3,4 or 5 bedrooms.
The 3 bedrooms will offer approx. 2,700 SF, which means the residences are expansive. There will be between1and 4 units per floor. The project will also offer spectacular duplex units.
All units will have water views, but the larger 4+ bedrooms will have premium views. The St Regis residences will be finished to perfection with buyers being able to select certain finishes. The larger units can measure up to 7,000 SF.
The Southwest Tower
The second tower will offer 200 residences, which will be smaller 1,2, or 3 bedroom units. With smaller we mean relatively compared to the first tower, cause the1bedroom units at St Regis in Brickell come with a den and measure 1,500 SF, while the 2 bedrooms offer 2,500 SF.
The 1 bedrooms will have southwest views with a little bit of water view (the neighboring building is only 23 floors high) while the 2 and 3 bedroom units will have the best water views. In this tower, you can find 5 units per floor.
All units can be accessed with private elevators and offer soaring 11ft ceilings. For now, the tower is expected to have a rental restriction of twice per year for minimally 6 months, which is in line with most of Miami’s high-end condos.
